Plot beneficiaries are allowed to pay in installments withing six calender months, not beyond November 2008 for the first phase of this scheme. The first payment, however, must not be less than 25% of the total cost while the balance must be paid in equal instalments or graduated installments, subject to our Principal Consultant’s approval. However, applicants are allowed to make whole payments or installment payments within shorter periods.

After the payment for the commiteament cost, all beneficiaries shall be required to open accounts with our recommended financial institutions. These institutions shall be furnished with the beneficiaries’ legal Land Title and approved building plans. The plot beneficiaries shall be required to provide information about their monthly income allowances and tenure of service at their various institutions. Applicants are advised to inspect the sites at the site of interest before paying for the plots. Applicants requiring feasibility reports for their development loan syndication with financial institutions shall be required to extra professional services.
