We are currently organizing a sensitization seminar and trade mission across the continents to promote real estate development in Nigeria . This initiative is designed to further promote and enhance government's effort at attracting Foreign Direct Investment to the Nigerian Economy. We intend to carry out this real estate development project on a partnership basis and build for some of the plot beneficiaries through mortgage scheme or direct self- funding.

Our undertaking company is a Public Limited Company and we are currently raising development fund through the following avenues:

• Private Placement to source ten (10) billion naira locally and two hundred Million American Dollars off Shore (also through Private placement).
• One Hundred Million American Dollars loan from the private sector arm of the World Bank (International Finance Corporation – IFC).
• Five Hundred Million Naira Private Estate Developers Loan from Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria .
• Increase of our company Share Capital through Foreign andlocal directors' equity contribution.
• Banks in Nigeria and Abroad

 Specifically we haveconcludedour trade mission in Dubai , from march 2 to March7, 2008. Primarily, we shall showcase the investment opportunities in Nigeria (with our National Mortgage Based Housing Scheme in focus), through seminars, workshops and press briefings. We shall also embark on a trade mission to Europe and North America , Asia , South Korea and Australia by mid 2008, with the institution support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,Housing & Urban Development of the Federal Repudlic Of Nigeria and necessary reference and support from Mr. President. This is to formalize and sensitize off Shore fund through private placement.

Our Principal Consultant/CEO was trained by The World Bank and we are exploring his professional experience and contacts, to complement your effort in developing Nigerian cities to meet international standard. Through this scheme we shall be able to provide shelter for different classes of Nigerians and help Nigeria to explore Private sector fund to complement the Federal Government huge investment in developing the country.
