Collection of Architectural Design and Payment for Plots – Published April 3, 2008
This is to inform all applicants and Beneficiaries of the Phase One of Blue Royal Site and Services Scheme that the Architectural Designs and Building Estimates for their dream homes are ready for collection at our office between 12noon-6pm (Mon-Sat). |

All applicants and Beneficiaries are hereby required to update their install mental payment or pay fully for their their committement fees. Our appointed contractors had been mandated by us to beacon out the various plots of the beneficiaries that have paid fully for their plots, and start the provision of basic infrastructures (Water, Road, and Electricity). However, all Site Layouts and Building Plans shall be approved with the Planning Authority before construction of individual structures can commence before the end of may 2008.

New Applicants wishing to be in the Phase one of this, Scheme can still apply and pay for their plots on or before 30th of May, 2008. New prices for our plots shall take effect as from 15th of JUly, 2008 (Marking the beginning of the second phase of the scheme). There will only be Limited Mortgages for the Second Phase of this Scheme.
