Prince Olubunmi Adewa-Faboro is the Facilitator and Principal Consultant of Blue Royal Site and Services. With a degree in Estate Management from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1979, he is a force to reckon with when it comes to issues bothering Real Estate. His in-depth experience in the business of Real Estate came primarily from his training and career with the Urban Development Unit of the World Bank which spanned over two decades, and largely from his consultancy services with the big players in the business. His global approach to real estate business came as a result of this versatile international exposure. He is currently an associate member of Rating and Valuation Association of England and Wales.
Prince Faboro, in concert with multinational professionals, developed one third of Bauchi City under the World Bank scheme. He has provided shelter for about 3000 low and medium income earners using local building materials. His operations range from real estate development to management and valuation issues. He overseas all operational activities in Blue Royal Site and services and ensures that the client’s needs are met.
The Blue Royal Site Scheme, which is advancing at an astomomical pace, is a demonstration of his ingenious skills in real estate develpment. Blue Royal Site and Services is a Real Estate Development Scheme which seeks to acquire, develop and manage real estate investments in Nigeria. This Scheme is inspired by the vision to promote mortgage based housing scheme in Africa Continent. We work towards making it possible for an ordinary Nigerian own their own houses through acquisition of land at convenient payment terms and construction of their buildings at reasonable cost using local building materials which will reduce to half the traditional cost of building.
