Cost of Buildings
Typical designs that shall be developed at our site are bungalows, duplexes, and blocks of luxury flats and their costs shall be moderate by the use of local building materials. For example, we shall be designing bungalows to cost between 6.5million to 8million naira only while duplexes shall be designed to cost between 22million to 25million naira only.
