:: Complete the application form and indicate the site required to be development and how soon you will wantthe site developed. Please note that all developments are within 24 months. Also write any comment that could assist us to be of more professional service to you and your organization.

Designated offices with the following attached: 2 recent passport-sized photographs, Evidence of payment of our non-refundable application fee (see the cost page for details of the application fee), and the information on the proposed payment schedule for the site applied for (see the payment pattern page for more information on this.
