The Blue Royal Site and Services seeks to acquire, develop and manage real estate investments in the Nigeria. At the core of Blue Royal Site and Services operations is the creation of balanced, sustainable communities. The company and its partners plan and design the communities, then sells land to builders who construct residential, commercial, educational and religious villages according to the company’s architectural design standards. To help provide economic viability for these communities, as well as a well-rounded complement of services and amenities for the people who live in them, the company also include roads, water and electricity facilities within them. Development in all of the company’s communities is balanced with significant permanent open space, community parks and neighborhood greenbelts.

Large environmentally sensitive habitats are preserved in their natural state. We are creating satellite towns at Abuja and Lagos City. Specifically we are creating a new town at Masaka and developing new housing estate behind Karu International Market and Behind Sani Abacha Estate at Mararaba. We are also basically constructinga new town in Apo-Wumba close to the famous mechanical village in Apo Abuja.We are also directly involved in developing two thousand plots by the lagoon at Agbowa Ikosi (Ikorodu LGA) Lagos. We are currently working on public-private partnership with the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban development at the Federal Level and Greater Karu Planning and development Authority at State level.

This will enable us to have speedy access to land in other state capitals and the Federal capital Territory.Some states like Niger and Bauchi states of Nigeria has just signed a memorandum of understanding for the construction of 500 housing unitson a 60Hecters in Minna(Airport road) andBauchi(Dass road)first phase which construction in june 2008 Project Vision and Mission:  We are inspired by the vision to promote mortgage based housing scheme in Africa Continent as an enduring example, using locally made building materials to reduce to half the traditional cost of building. Our mission is to make an average Nigerian own houses of their own through acquisition of land at convenient payment terms and construction of their buildings at reasonable cost using local building materials.
